Well, they DID steal an entire room once.... sorta... so fairly sure could figure out a way to steal a reactor. Fairly safely and in a manner that lets the reactor be used later, even!

....actaully, I have a few vauge ideas.... basically have the reactor declaired unsafe, and offer to 'dispose' of it... not certain that counts, however....
