Thanks Josieweirdo I'll check out that comic, although from the FAQ, she seems a bit exhausted from fan questions/requests to concied a pic of herself for me to draw her as much as some of the other Femwebcartoonists I have in mind.

And you got a point, I'm gonna start to mix it up every now and then with a "Beefcake of Mad Science" pinup. So everyone can start suggesting those to me as well (especially since I can think of so few in comparison to Babes in Mad Science).

I can't help it. Male mad scientists are generally not young or cute. About the only one I can think of is the main character from that adaption of The Time Machine a few years back.

But some are, although that list to my knowledge is short. Hm, we should make a list of cute mad scientists, both male and female.

On the original cute male mad scientist-list we have Jason from The Nutty Professor who is associated with mad science (being the assistant of somebody who wants to alter the DNA of people), Merrick from The Island is okay and Jyrras from the web-comic Dan And Mab's Furry Adventures is cute (http://www.missmab.com -> http://www.missmab.com/Cast/jyrras.php)

People who weren't supposed to be cute in the books they came from, but got cute-and-young-i-fied trough movies and/or victorian scientists who eventually were young and cute at the beginning of the stories they came from:

Viktor Frankenstein from the movie 'Van Helsing' and Henry Jekyll in 'The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen' isn't uber-cute but deserves a rating of 'okay'.

Would Gary and Wyatt from Weird Science count? I mean, they're not exactly geniuses, but they did create a being on par with a genie using a computer, a few magazines, a barbie doll, and a pair of bras worn like hats.

And you know one of the HOMS will likely be Marty, the Doc, and the DeLorean, right? I mean, I know I wouldn't be able to let that go if I was the one drawing these. It's one of those ideas that grab you and don't let go.

I guess we should make a list and divide it into different categories, those associated, the results of mad science and so on.

And bah, yes. I'm aware that picture will probably be drawn if you can get somebody to do it and that's okay, as long as it never becomes the picture of the scientist of the week ^^

-Inga from "Young Frakenstein"
-A Double feature of Columbia and Magenta from RHPS
-Bangladesh DuPree, Lucrezia Mongfish, Jenka the female J

I could almost argue that I already did Mary Shelley as Elsa Lanchaster played her in the opening scene in addition to being the Bride of the Creature later in the film.

Could I suggest Lise Meitner . As a reference I'd suggest "The Making Of The Atomic Bomb" by Richard Rhodes ( a great read even if you aren't mining it for history ).
