Greetings anyone who digs up this dusty old forum for a quick gloss over. I myself have had a bookmark here for years without ever clicking on it.
Many many things have happened since I was last a frequent poster. I went to university and got a degree, made a shit video game and decided to become a teacher. I've moved from Scotland and am about to start work in a school in London now that my training year is over. I met up with Colm, whatever his username was, twice in Edinburgh recently and we had a nice drink and a catch up. I don't know why I'm posting this but I guess this forum held a special place in my formative years and I'm now old enough to get sentimental about stupid shit like that.
How is everyone/anyone? I would genuinely like to know how you are doing.

Hey Cheshy.
Don't worry, you're not alone- I feel the exact same when it comes to sentimentality about this old thing. Sometime in the past I got nostalgic and found the keentoons website to be down so I assumed space tree was gone, which made me a bit sad since it had never been, like, archived anywhere. By sheer chance I re-found it tonight. Rewatched one or two episodes- so weird how so much of what I find funny and even little things I say now are from this show!
So my last post was around 2010.. I'd have been.. 18? 19? in uni, basically. So there was the first big break up in 2011, a series of relationships ranging from good to dangerous, and now I've got one that's probably it. I finished that degree I was studying (counselling), realised it had no progression or impact on actually becoming a counsellor (who would have known that asking 18 year olds to decide upon their entire future and also read the small print on their degree was a bad idea), so did another, cheaper degree that actually qualified me, so now I'm sort of that, and also working as a support worker. I've also been doing stand-up since 2011, and I'm ok at it, which may surprise anyone who remembers me from here because I'm pretty sure I was deeply, deeply unfunny.

but, y'know, for others I guess.

On the plus side I appear to have missed space tree actually coming back in 2012, so I'm going to go watch that now. Neat

a long time indeed. hard to believe so many years have passed since this forum had its golden age. The bromance we used to have here was legendary. good times. great friends, and memories of this place and now we only stop in periodically to sneak the last comment on the last comment on this thread is the winner every so many years. anyone else care to keep it going?

I can't believe I actually remembered my password for this. I haven't posted here since I was a child (I'm now an adult with a family) but I'm still the biggest Space Tree fan.
