Yeah, that dog's pretty cool. Reminds me of my favorite superhero duo: Polka Man and Bandoneon Boy. They can clear a room of bad guys faster than you can say "Chicken Dance".
I can't set you up any better than that.
PS: Did YOU say CHICKEN DANCE?!??!?!?
------------------

I do believe that's a snood that Buffy's wearing in wednesday's (5/9's) strip. For those who don't know it's a little band that holds a cocker spaniels ears back so food and water and whatnot don't get in their ear fur. Speaking of ear fur, AccordionDad, how's yours?

Johnski
------------------

Are there certain European heritages that tend to get more ear fur than other heritages? Or is it a comment to the gentrification of one AccordionDad? Ear fur? Back fur? Back of the hand fur? Please elaborate to eliminate my ignorance!

For the record: my ear fur is blond, and my genetic disposition is, in fact, marginally hairy, though my own follicles are too fine to be of much difference to anyone.
Also for the record: a snood can also be a fleshy protuberance at the base of the bill of a turkey. I always that was a wattle. Turns out that's a more generic word.
Speaking of generic, L&F's entry in the news box today was anything but!
And finally for the record, an alternate definition of snood has snell as a synonym. And a fine use of snelling is to bind the straps of your accordion behind your back to prevent lombar strain. I'm sure this is why we got on this subject in the first place.
To the Squeezemobile, Bandoneon Boy!

------------------

Now, we're just not going to acknowledge Yoda the Mite Motel.
But I was wondering... If Buffy is the Boomerang Ninja Dog, is Peanut the Boneylittle Toejam dog?
------------------
