Go Matt! Go Matt! It's your birthday! You know, if I ever get added to Keenspot, I'll never have to visit the Keenspace Message Boards again. Congrads, man.
------------------

Olive Juice... Olive Juice... is that a piece of sound dietary advice, or a pet-name?
-Oh, wait! I probably shouldn't pry like that. Never mind. A different question then. Ever heard of Richard Diamond?

Olive Juice when said, from far away looks like I love you. I just felt that throwing too many "I love you"s around the board would not be a good thing. I don't want this to turn into the Lifetime network.
Are you asking me if I know Richard Diamond? If you are should I? If not me, should Matt?
Who is Richard Diamond? Because even if you weren't asking me, now I am curious and I have to know.
The Muse

Ohhh, he was just the star of an old radio-detective series. Like Nero Wolfe, Boston Blackie, Dan Holiday, Jeff Regan, Gregory Hood, and Michael Shayne, all were stars of radio detecting, but have faded with the passage of time to names nigh-unheard of by most of the masses. A shame, truly, as they were wonderful stories, and enthralling characters. Did you know Sam Spade had his own series for a while?

Yeah. So? I don't actually know that much, but probably all of them had some sort of written medium before, during, or after their radio days. Harry Lime had his own show! I could research this stuff, and find most of it interesting, and tell you all about it. But right now, all I can do is say what I know. Tell me, bfore now, have you ever heard of Barry Craig, Confidential Investigator?

I have to say I really am not familiar with any of those people, I have heard of Sam Spade and Nero Wolfe. I know more about current detectives (Spencer, Kay Scarpetta) Guess I will have to do some research. Matt really puts me to shame in that area. But I guess I will have all kinds of time while he is away!
the Muse

It is official. I have had to turn over the remote as the cartoonist has returned.
I did however get in return a very cool Disney Villians screensaver package and a purple Mickey silhouette pen.
The Muse
