I like the "Mutiny on the Bounty (the quicker picker-uppper)" storyline you have going. Of course, we all know that the real Bounty's mission was to bring live breadfruit trees to South America, so that they could try growing them to feed slaves.
I tried canned breadfruit once. It was a lot like those little canned potatoes in water that you see sometimes. They didn't impress me, but then, I'm not a Muppetteer.

Man, I had no idea that breadfruit (or for that matter potatoes) came in cans.
And while we're on the subject of the mutiny on the Bounty, who was best: Gable, Brando or Gibson? You make the call.

After the mutineers gave Bligh the heave-ho, they sailed back to Tahiti (where they'd just picked up a bunch of breadfruit plants) and took aboard some men to help crew the ship, and some women to...well, I can't quite remember just why they took all those women aboard. But I'm sure they have a good reason.

I found the canned breadfruit one time at El Mercado Latino in Tacoma, Washington. You never saw canned potatoes?
_The Joy of Cooking_ says that breadfruit with seeds may be eaten raw, but seedless varieties must be cooked. Raw potato-tasting fruit with seeds in it...yum yum.
The people of the little island of Pitcairn are all descendants of Bounty mutineers. It's a happy place, and so crime-free that there's been only one murder in the the last hundred years.

The women, according to historical record, apparently had good SATs.
------------------
