Okay, I will admit it. I am weak.
The amount of demand to re-open has just been too much, so we at Maverick Camel Publishing have done just that, with a few additional perks.
First off, if you're a Canadian that's been waiting for the shipping rates to come down, now is you're time. Our new shipping rate for Canada is only one-third of what it used to be.
If you live outside of the US or Canada and have been wanting your own copy of the Avalon book, then good news - we just added 36 more countries to our list of available shipping locations! Go ahead and see if yours is one of them!
Since the dust is still heavy all around the shop, a special order form has been put up and will only last until Saturday, November 10, 2001 or until we have more orders than we can handle. Included with your order on this limited-time form are discounted shipping rates (a gift from us, for making all of you have to wait so long).
Since we can only do so many books, I suggest you ALL take this head-start and go make your order NOW!!
Thank you for all your patience.

Does this mean that the cheaper prices are temporary aswell?
`nother question: What about mail orders? Can/will you accept them yet, or is it still PayPall orders only?

Looks like it's still just Paypal. Which is a pain, because I'm still waiting for the stupid password, which is supposed to be in my credit card bill or something. (ie, about a month for the bill, then it has to be forwarded from my home address to rez).

You have to transfer money from your checking account into your Paypal account.
Basically, you sign up with your checking account, and they send two small (less than $1) payments to your checking account. You check your transaction record at your bank, go to paypal.com and enter in those amounts to confirm your identity (since they don't tell you what the amounts are beforehand, it's a pretty effective way of making sure that you have legitimate access to your bank account). Once your account is up, you just go to your paypal account page and transfer money in (which acts like they're cashing a check).
------------------

W00t! I just ordered me an Avalon book! That $250 unverified cap thing doesn't bother me, my credit limit is only $300. I don't want to make Maritza jealous so I suppose I should order a CRFH CD-ROM as well.
------------------

Symok:
The all-around shipping discounts are as temporary as the order form. After the 10th, they will all go back to their normal levels. For Canadians, the new $4.00 rate is permanent. For banking purposes, we do not yet accept mail orders, though are working to be able to do so soon.
Rob:
According to PayPal, you can still use the PayPal account without supplying the verification numbers that will arrive in your credit card statement, but the account will simply be marked as "Unverified" and will have a $250 spending cap applied to it until such time as the account becomes "Verified".
