Damn, is it just me or is Ceilidh's hair even bigger? Joe's whole head seems to have increased in size too... Something Is Most Definately Up. But what...
------------------

It's like... you know in Mononoke Hime where Ashitaka's hair seems to grow when he gets mad?

I too have noticed this. I just figured cartoons tend to have bigger heads so that facial features could be distinguished easier. And since in cartoons hair tends to distinguish characters more than their face, having it bigger makes sense as well.
Think about how many Avalon characters could you notice on face alone if they didn't have their hair?
But then again I could be thinking too practical. I must admit, the centre stage theory is much better
Quattro

------------------

Are there illustrations posted in the thread, author?
In any case, I am sure that many in the forum would find a bald cast drawing to be a novelty.

Um I thought everyone knew by now that Josh's deal was "the bigger the hair, the better" or in short: the larger the hair the closer to center stage the character was.
