Hey, guys, Dent here. While part of the crew for Spectacular Notion Chapter 1: The Kawasaki Technique (SN1:KT), I put on my documentarian hat and kept note of some things that went on during production. Somethings you'll remember all too well, other things you might not have had the chance to notice, and there are a couple surprises here that I managed to grab from your early drafts. I hope you enjoy it, and I look forward to joining you all for SN2!
*****
She stared at the flaming wreckage with surprise, although somewhat relieved that she didn't have to worry about it anymore.
"Damn it, Irony, why do you always have to detonate our vehicles when they explode!"
Angel turned to see Coota carrying an unconscious Celidh, followed by Irony with her sword strapped to his back. "I just think it's cooler," he admitted, grinning when he saw his handiwork. "Besides, the government dosen't want anyone finding any of the top secret...secrets... we keep inside of it."
"What top-secret... secrets?! We had chips and... oh, never mind. Let's just blow up the van again."

"Um... another time? That didn't work so well."

"I just think it's cooler," he admitted, as the sword's handle fell off, allowing the blade to slide right through the straps and clatter on the ground. "sigh..."
Coota came up to him. "You do realise we only have so many vans here, right?"
"Well yeah, but it's no big deal, really. We can request as many as we need from HQ. And meanwhile, I get to blow up even more stuff!"
Coota just shook his head and walked away.
*****
"HO HO HO HO! You think you can subdue me, Richer-SAN?" Nancy said sarcastically.
"Just you watch! I'm going to end this NOW!"
As Nancy yelled to the other ninjas not to aid her this time, Nancy and Helene stared each other down, knowing that one or both of them may not survive the ensuing battle. Nancy's training led her to notice that Helene was concealing something in her left sleeve. This is no place for schoolyard surprises, Helene Richer, thought Nancy, as her blade sought the hidden parcel --
and Helene's left arm came flying off.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Nancy dropped the sword and flew back about three metres. Helene, on the other hand, started giggling madly as she picked up the rubber arm with her left hand.
"Isn't this wild? I just found it lying around, and everybody here was talking about my arm for some reason, so I thought -- Nancy? Are you okay?"
"That's... not... FUNNY!", Nancy wheezed between gasps. "Now, give me a hand up, and we'll try this duel again like professionals!"
Ayoy... What got into her?, thought Helene, as she helped her friend up and dusted her off.
*****
Nancy did not pause for an instant. Her defenses began to counter, darting, twisting, unraveling the intruder. *What do you seek to gain? You cannot possibly stop me in time.
Another thread sprang from his mind... In the opposite direction. Towards Hel

"Well, sorreeeeeeeeee. I'll shoot for fifteen minutes next time. But those spark thingies were kind of cool, you've got to admit," replied Irony.
"Oi vey...," mumbled Coota.
"No, no, no! I've told yew...oi vaaaay!
That's how you pronounce it - "
"CUT! Ms Fran Drescher, I know we hired you as an accent consultant, but you should have had Coota ready for this line last week!"

Angel watched Helene crumple to the ground, and Nancy turned her gaze upon her. "Oh shit. She wants to play..." she muttered, drawing her own blade. But Nancy did not close with her. Instead, she concentrated for a moment, and Angel could hear the psychic call go out to Nancy's minions.
"Great. Ninjas. They're so wacky, you know" Angel said mockingly, using her other hand to throw down salt in a circle around her. The circle was complete as the first shurikin sped toward her...
and whacked her on the nose. She yelped, and began clutching her nose as blood rocketed out of it...crewmembers come running on to set holding boxes of tissues and first aid kits...it looks like an outtake from a Jacke Chan movie...

Hee hee, I LOVED what you did with my scenes, Dent! Helene's rubber arm! Phoebe reproaching Damonk looking at Deedee! GREAT! This reminds me of some anime videos I've seen where during the credits we get to see the outtakes in them too, as well as Chinese movies I have seen.
You should do this with ALL of the fanfics we write!

And, of course, all the other scenes were stellar, as well.
