In case anyone is wondering, in the dream I had that started this whole mess, I never saw the necklace. However, the mental picture I got of it after awakening was oddly distinct. The lies were glistening, distorted pearls, each about the size of a ping pong ball, but elongated, sort of ovoid, spaced evenly along a finely-wrought brass chain, each link about half an inch wide. In my dream, the one who wore it hadn't made it; it was made to imprison her. It could only be broken by finding and returning three dreams that the necklace had taken from its wearer. I never found out if that meant actual, while-you-sleep dreams or hopes and ambitions kind of dreams, because I woke up before I found the first one.
That was a really weird dream.<P>------------------
