There was only so much time I could put into it though. For a joke that would be relevant for a few days, 95% is close enough.

Photoshop Elements 7. I take the original image, leave that alone and put a new layer on top. I set the layer's type to Multiply, and that lets me color within the lines, without coloring OVER the lines (the darker the color, the more it shows through)

Just tried it. it works great! Would you believe that I tried using color range select before? Neat how simple some solutions can be.

I dunno. The rest of it sucked balls (and not in the good way, so don't bother twisting those words Webkilla), but Panel 8 got a genuine laugh out of me, if only because it fits Szark.
