It just seems like everyone's waiting for someone to happen in their lives in the OT universe.

I'd like to see Ari ask Sherry for a date (yes, even if she gets turned down).

BTW, I haven't posted a starter thread in a long time. I think it was a century ago when I last did so. Maybe I felt spurred to do it cuz I'm home sick from work this morning. I've got the worse cold/flu. I can't stop coughing. Someone told me to take whisky for it. Does anyone know how medical professionals rate this particular cure? It seems to make sense that alcohol either kills viruses or gets 'em drunk and then it's sort of like battle's over after that.

It seems like this'd be a good way to end a war - just get everyone drunk. Who needs missiles, really?

Oh, I didn't know that it was anything special to start a thread, I usually do it if I have something to say upon reading it initially and if I'm around, and I guess I've had and been both.

I guess next time around I'll just have to keep my comment to myself and wait for yours then? LOL.

I don't know how I missed "Barfly 2." Must of been the bug clouding my visual receptors. To start a thread is probably not necessarily "special." Maybe it's the exact opposite - that is, the one who has the final word before the thread expires, may be the special one.

You know, the situation seems so ripe for Ari to take a chance. She's feeling confused and in a drunken state of futility to match. Why not go for the gold, chuck Rod, and seeketh out Sherry. She could try a date with Ari just for the novelty of it, couldn't she? Maybe she could one-up the devilshly crafty Mir who never quite "made-out" with the unwittingly willing attorney.

That's it! Turn the tables on her, Sherry! Show Mir who's the duchess of spades, so to speak!

LOL, I'm just jesting, but this is something I'm going to think about. It would be worth everything to see a character of mine drawn hangin' out with John or something - if that's what you mean.
