I'm just impressed at the sometimes-surprising knack which Ian hits the nail on the head with BtB.
I've just finished transcribing up "The Cumbakh Trail" and I can see every celebrity reality TV show in it. Every one.
I wasn't online much in 2004 so I didn't read this at the time, but sometime in 2005 I read it for the first time (upon reading the archive end to end) and as I come to transcribe it, I realise yet again that it's
still true, although we appear to be losing the reality shows a little. Even that hell-spawn Big Brother might be ending with any luck.
It's also reminding me how consistent Ian has been with Bruno; I can only name a couple of other comics that have shown the consistency Bruno has of style, quality and regularity. You can see the consistency of Bruno posting through the ages; WordOwl has timelines: a
broad one and a
detailed one.
And w00t, finishing this arc means over 3/4 of the archive is done. I think it's worthwhile though. Hopefully everyone else thinks the same.
