We starts over in the last week of August, usually around August 23, 24. We have as many school days, though, 180 for the whole year in primary and secondary school. There are 20 "planification days" scattered over the school year, during which the students don't have school, but the teachers are working on planning, correcting, meeting, etc. ; and a few holidays, 2 weeks at Christmas, + our "Spring" break in March that doesn't include Easter like yours. Result : 5-day-weeks are actually rare, but I think the students (and teachers) would rather have more, and end sooner...
Amby?
Generalia Procrastinitis Grava is a very bad disease affecting the motivational skills in the right half of the brains of some of the most hard working persons, transforming them in the laziest sloths. I am a victim. -me
