My question is this: If the last security breach was around Y2K, that would make the 186 days between that time and this time in january about double - that free extra time = twice as long in our time. Therefore... every 2 days we have here is approximatelly 1 day in David's world, maybe?
Though I still have my arguments about the distribution of time throughout the strip... maybe it's nothing to worry about.
What I've been thinking is that David's dealt with the Roomies cast as actual roomates since he's been a kid- and since we've had a pause in the Roomies universe, letting the 4 years of college continue to tick away (as we've just been paying attention to Walky), it seems quite a waste. So perhaps this division of time is a good thing; we can have more years of Roomies and Walky. Or David could pull a Calvin & Hobbes and have time pass by every year and events chance and celebrate holidays and stuff, but somehow arrive at the same year next year.
Or maybe I just misinterpereted it?
------------------
