I almost swallowed my fork when I saw Stephanie in the newsbox. I still read the LWIBH archives occasionally, they always make me laugh, it's great to see there'll be somewhat of a continuation, whether it'll be the same plot (dirty skank jokes) or not.

And okay, your sigs are confusing me. How the fuck do you pronounce Kuehner?

Heya Heatherface!

First things first... Kuehner = KEENer. Pay no mind to the guy with the Jammed Box.

And CRAZY IN LOVE is going to be the same as LWIBH but way different. Towards the end of LWIBH I loved the comic dearly but I was at odds with its' own history and people's expectations. The gross and vulgar stuff I had to throw in or else people would complain.

Now we're two years removed from those expectations and we can do the comic we were working toward back at the time. This is where I wanted to go back then but people would have lost their shit.

So! If people who loved LWIBH for the filth read CiL and it's not to their liking, it's very much a take-it-or-leave-it situation. People who liked latter-day LWIBH but didn't love the gross stuff so much should like CiL just fine. If not, that's OK too.

You sound SERIOUSLY more happy and at peace with yourself than the last time I saw you post. The Internet can make people cold, nasty and demanding. But it can also introduce you to good people and great things.

Your other comic was never high art, but it was great fun to read (and sometimes survive!)

Well, Scott's where he wants to be, so I thought I'd come in and show my support for him here on the homefront. I hope people like the comic, he's putting a lot of his new and improved self in it. THere will still be the occasional racy thing, but overall, I think it's a much nicer, family friendly product, one our daughter can read too.
