so, who else has read the new harry potter book? I just finised my marathon reading of it (9 hours after work last night with no sleep) mostly because I refused to put it down.

I am looking for someone willing to disect it with me. Specifically the whole RAB thing....which shouldnt ruin anything for anyone reading this.....so please dont threaten death to me....or mock me....

Well.

I haven't.

I was in to Harry Potter, all the way up to book 5. I had read 1-4 twice each and liked them a lot. I was even in a RPG forum online (yeah, I liked it a lot). But then half way through book 5 I was talking to my friend online and she says to me 'oh shame about Sirius huh?' and I knew someone died in the book and he was my favorite character and it was ruined. And that was the week book 5 came out. I haven't had any Harry Potter interaction since then.

But I hope you liked it.

Yeah, I had to supress the urge to send J. K. hatemail for about a month after book 5. He was the coolest character. I wasn't really sad about this one though.

I've seen the first two movies a few times, my mother loves them and took every opportunity to sit down with the family and watch them (when she wasn't reading one of the books again).
Seeing the whole manic fan action sort of dulled any urge I had to read the books.

It would make me smile if Sirius's middle name was "Lee". Think about it.

Did I already mention that? I say so many things.

I guess talking about Sirius is ok since Yarn already mentioned that bit.
People I talk to still refuse to believe Sirius is down and out, but I don't know.

This new one? Pretty good.

I would be happy to discuss book 5, i haven't finished the 6th book yet. Book the 4th was pretty damn cool too. I like these last 3 better than the first 3.

Dude. I thought about that one and I'm thinking it will be Regulus Black. Although I have no idea what his middle name is. And man...I want to say so much more but I wouldn't want to spoil the book for anyone.

#5 was one of my favourites. Aside from the way Harry was acting. He was much better in this one.
