Yeah, the bridge of despair was formerly named 'The Slippery Bridge of Doom' because of all the KY that splashes up on it. Then there was the tragedy when the platoon of Girl Guides tried to march across TSBoD (there were no hand-rails you see), which led to it being aptly re-named.
Legend has it that if at midnight you stare into the water below, the ghostly visage of 20 haunted berets can be seen staring right back at you.
