2) Guess whether Aeire based it on reality or not.

3) Guess she's going to write in the comments box for it.

4) See how accurate you were when it comes round.

I think this nightmare customer one is partially true. I would be very surprised if something like that didn't happen whilst Aeire was working in retail. However, the last panel was probably what she fantasized about doing...

I'll have to agree with you Franc. The nightmare customer strips (all of them) are based on real life. In fact, I've had that particular one happen to me, word for word. I was in the manager's shoes and the "liar" was a 16 year old girl who fortunately wasn't quite as strong as me. It really ticked me off to not be able tell those people that they're too stupid to shop at our toy store while keeping my own job. There are a couple other strips in the toy store which I've also lived word for word. It's almost creepy.

I haven't worked in retail but I do work in a call centre. It's not so bad now (as I'm now in tech support) but the customers in my last job gave me nightmares -- literally.
