Wow. I'm impressed by your honesty and frankness here, Aeire, and by your sense of responsibility to your readers. It's tough to give up on a set of characters, I know, and I admire you for being willing to do that because you know that those characters aren't going to do good for those who read them.
I'm also rather stunned at finding this here right when I did: it's 4 p.m. local time as I write this, and it was only 11 p.m. last night when I first found my way to Xenith and read it straight through. Which probably makes me one of the very last people to read it. I'm glad I did see it, because your artwork there was gorgeous, but I'm glad I found it when I did and found this when I did. The lack of closure in the final panel of Xenith bothered me, and while I was hoping, last night, that you would finish it soon, it's almost better this way.
