I like it when I can get my noses like that. Now, what I'm about to say is kind of, uh, hmm . . . anyway:
I'd recommend doing a pencil rough, with all the circles and whatnot first. You know--circle, with a little cross where centre-line of the face and the eyeline meet, then the jawline, then all the details. *Then* do an inking, and erase the pencil. Or, if you've a nice lightbox/tracer/whatever-they-call-them-these-days you can do it on a separate sheet of paper and re-do if you mess up. It allows you to get a much more regular figure, and it only takes maybe five minutes more. Sometimes less, because there's no frantic erasing and redrawing.
The biggest problem that you seem to have had, you see, (unless it was intentional, in which case just ignore me -_-) is that the proportions are a bit odd. The head is kind of stretched out. Doing the circles makes it easier to keep the dome of the skull hemispherical.
Anyhow, keep drawing for us!
-Tae
