I agree, the coloring is wonderful! I love the hair too, and i don't think its overdone, hair is supposed to stick out. Its one of the first things you notice on a face, the hair and the eyes. The eyes always are first, but hair is next, its just how things work with out minds. Think about it, when you were a wee child if your mom or pap came home with a different hair style, did it affect you? (one time it happened and I cried...sick)
But regardless Bravo!

Again, very nice, particularly on the hair.
However, as someone mentioned before, I think, it stands out a bit, because the shading is so rich on the hair and no-where else. I think this somewhat jarring effect might be lessened were the shadows on the skin and the clothing made bolder somehow. They're very faint at present.
Lovely work, though.
-Tae

Very nice, I like the wood texture, but then the lamp is so damn flat! It needs a bevel.

Oh yeah, great colouring job. The furniture and characters look really nice, but the lamp is a bit flat.
