I too have been wondering if Becca wil be showing up again. And if she does, has she grown up at all? but I have to agree that Kes is just simply starting too feel good about her life in general. A part of her wishes that it had worked with Seamus, but all in all she is genuinely happy about his pending engagement.

I anxiously await for the next update Lady Aiere.

I figured that it wasn't Kestrel who turned off the light. She wouldn't be the first person to wind up consoling herself in the arms of a friend on hearing that kind of news. Could be reading too much into it, though.
