umm.... hey...
you could consider me something like a proffessional lurker.
i'm making an appearance to throw some art out onto the floor.

it's not that great, but I'm still tacking down my techniques, my inking pretty much sucks, and I'm a perfectionist.
Comments welcome.
Oh, and if your not doing much of anything else go check out my comic. Vote in the poll. (it's for some pin-ups I'm gonna post, I'm rooting for the girls.)
Check it out, it'll make me feel loved. Besides, people tell me it's funny. They can't all be wrong, can they?
------------------

But I'm noticing something off about the legs.. Either the crotch needs to sit higher, or the inner line of her left leg needs to be extended. And typically comic girls are drawn with more curved hips, but hey, there are all sorts of hips in reality, so why not on Ceilidh?
Once again, nice! I encourage you to post some more pics... as long as it's Ceilidh!

there very well could be some more pics on the way, however, i think i may have lost my sketchbook today and it's got like everything i've either just done or am still working on. That's not good.
Friggin cornflakes- I know what you mean about the hips and i'm trying to fix the proportions as i remember.
Coota/Death of Rats/Ollie- yes yes, my drawings tend to be on the skinny side. same thing happens when i draw pretty much any character unless they're noticably buff or chubby. adding a bit more of that curvy look is on my too do list.
Carn- i love Ceilidh's hair, s'why i chose her for this pic
oh, i chose the name Perpetual Newbie cause i have a tendancy to float from message board to message board, chat room to chat room, so i get the feeling that i'm constantly introducing myself
plus it's got a little ring to it
and for if i find my sketchbook, anybody willing to convince me who my next avalon pic ought ought to be off?
------------------

Tess is one of my characters and i thought this might be a little funny to do.
i'm not incredibly happy with this, mainly because i messed up my proportions which makes deirdre's head too big and over all she's too short, expecially in comparison to Tess who's a shorty. also, none of my typical shading methods looked at all pleasing so it looks all flat and stuff. i think deirdre's hips came out ok, but tess's crashed and burned
i ought to stop talking about this pic, i'm making your job of picking it apart way too easy.
------------------

Ahh, I like it. (PSL! PSL! PSL! *cough*) Though Deirdre's braid could be bigger, proportionally...
I like the comic. Btw, about your vote... here's a hint: Monday, November 12.

Since we're doing introductions, allow me to (for lack of better term) introduce myself. I'm the rabid fan of C316, the Queen of Tribbles, the Lady in Tye-Dye with a target on her bum, and blossoming novelist/artist. In other words, no, I don't have a life, and all my time is dedicated to coming up with even dumber nicknames for myself. The name's Draw...Iken Draw. Not really, but that's what I'm going by. Perp, you know me. Read my signature. I'm out.
~Iken
------------------
Scott, "women logic" is NOT a redundant phrase 'cause I said so!
