Actually, I've gotten that same sort of defensiveness myself more than a couple of times. A lot of times, people dissapoint you by not actually ticking you off, and it just fades away. Heh, wouldn't be as interesting, to be sure. However, life does not always throw us the curves we expect.------------------

Don't think that just because Ryan anticipated this, he would have a lighter attitude... You can't apply logic to emotional matters. It's more like, "I know they're not going to just let this pass, so I'm going to have to make them see that this is ok."

ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS. This is the BEST! Deidre with the "Move along! Nothing to see here!" look and Ryan with the "WTF are you looking at?!?!?" look! I was hoping for a strip just like this! The "inquisition" in the Saturday trip was also righteous! However, we need more inquision!

I went on vacation before seeing Friday's strip. Everything from then til Teusday was all waiting for me when I got back.It's rather embarassing to be reduced to snickering gigglefits in the middle of one's office.
