I'm fairly new to the whole flash dealio, but I'd say voice first just for timings sake. Each line in a different file would be handy, but I can always separate them later if it's easier to do them in batches.
Why worry about the world ending today?
It's already tomorrow in Australia.

Yeah, you could use any program like audacity to separate them.
And like we should learn from the best, think about it, Atlin does his voices first, we know this from the episodes that he put out, that had barely any flash. Plus it's obvious you have to make the mouths move to something.
Also, Boobz.

ok, ok... I'll be recording all the parts... probably monday, when I have a free house.

But, I must ask, do you guys like the voices? The existing characters are pretty much how they are going to sound, but I mean the memory elves and MT... I could go in a different di-rec-tion if need be.

Also, how about a secret extra vid?... I was thinking a remix of the Memory Tree song. lol... but I'll see if I can make the song before I ask you to animate anything.

I made the theme song, half assed, because I didn't think this was going anywhere, but if it actually is, I can re-do the theme song, AND make the music for the MT song, and I'll send the link to probably, and he can put the singing parts in.

Yeah, I'm totally behind that! If you remake the MT song, feel free to change it up a bit. Maybe make it more rockin or something.

or conversely you could slow it down to one of those heartfelt piano songs... Deathcabish... I dunno. It's up to you. whatever you can make sound good.

I'll work on it.
I have to get garage band on my computer again somehow,
I re-formatted it, and some how garage band doesn't work.
I'll have to get it somehow, but I'll get it done.

I made that a while ago, before the Rocky II trailer, during one of the times when I thought I'd actually finish the Final Episode(s) of Space Tree Ever, Really (also known as the FESTER). Since then I've rewritten it like I do every six months, so that Space Tree Forum Exclusive Scene (also known as the PUGSLEY) won't even be in the episode which doesn't really even exist even

Did we ever get those voices? With more experience with the program and actually owning flash now, I could contribute towards animation/drawing.
