This shit is hilarious :D
The story: Restaino was hearing domestic violence cases in his Niagara Falls, N.Y., courtroom when a cell phone rang. After no one owned up to the phone, Restaino "snapped" and jailed all 46 people who were in the courtroom. New York's top court removed him as a city court judge, saying punishing innocent people is "inexcusable." (Source: Associated Press)

It's a battle for something that doesn't really matter. For the third time in a row, this man is trying to go to court and get God removed from a presidential inauguration because he doesn't believe in God.

The video does a better job explaining it although I have to agree with the court (from his previous attempts) and with the woman at the end, no one is being harmed here and he's just trying to force his views on the person coming into office.

I'm not sure when separation of Church and State went from meaning "don't establish or endorse a religion" to "No one can say God in anything public". I consider this guy a loony.

the decision should be up to the president, since he is entitled to believe whatever the hell he wants. There's something the country was built on, right? freedom. What Newdow is doing is the opposite- forcing his beliefs on the people (well, more specifically the president). If the president doesn't believe in God, he shouldn't say it. if he does, then I don't see the problem. It's not like we're forcing God down your throats (in the same way atheism seems to be getting crammed down there by some these days)

Woman accused of coercing man into marriage for his money pleads not guilty

Two women accused of kidnapping a man from his Issaquah nursing home so they could get access to his bank account pleaded not guilty in King County Superior Court today.
By Jennifer Sullivan
Seattle Times staff reporter

A woman accused of coercing a 78-year-old man with dementia to marry her so she could gain access to his bank account pleaded not guilty this morning to three felony charges.

Sujinda Yahatta, 56, appeared in King County Superior Court with co-defendant, Kulany Roeksbutr, 29, who also pleaded not guilty.
Both women are charged with first-degree kidnapping, attempted theft and obtaining a signature by deception or duress. Roeksbutr was allegedly acting as Yahatta's translator during the Nov. 22 wedding ceremony.

If convicted of the three felonies the women could each face up to seven years in prison.

According to court paperwork, the women told employees at Greenwood Point Adult Family Home in Issaquah that they were taking the man out for lunch on Nov. 22. Issaquah police say they instead took him to a Bellevue courthouse, where he and Yahatta were married.

Their next stop, say police, was a nearby Bank of America branch. Once there, police say, Yahatta tried to close out the man's bank account, but was foiled by suspicious bank employees.

When police interviewed the man after the wedding he was confused about what was going on and said that he didn't know either woman, according to a police report. Several days after the wedding, the man told authorities he didn't remember marrying to Yahatta, police said.

The Times is not naming the man because of his vulnerability.

Also, I was not aware the GTA series was exclusive to the PSP. I guess all these PC copies I have must be knockoffs.

I'm not sure which way the sarcasm is going here. GTA came out well, well, well, well, well, well, well, well before the PSP was just a shitty idea on some idiot's whiteboard.

It sounds like a good investment, CWC is a minor celebrity on Internets, wonder how many pageviews he gets.

You know, all you need is a few adverts and you could really be rolling in dough from that website as long as CWC keeps up the failure.
Wonder why CWC never used adverts when he was getting fame. He could have actually been legitimately earning money from his bad drawings. ED would have actually been good for him.
