A change of pace (30th Nov)

It's not just a clever name for a webcomic... okay, it is.

A change of pace (30th Nov)

We're left not knowing what really happened with Tommy. It's odd that the one thing that Emily picked up on was that she fell.

Right, I thought that she would pick up on that right away since Ali put it
towards the end of her answer, but then again, I can imagine that her
head hurts and didnt really pay much attention to all of the words said.
Wonder where Tommy is though

Shouldn't she have been yelling "Banzai" which is what Japanese warriors yell going into battle, not "bonsai" which are the little trees?

Or was that to illustrate just how drunk she was? Is that your story?? :D

That's the whole point, she wanted to yell "Banzai" but was too drunk to manage. :)

Well, in the past Emily was always better at crying "Shmoe!" at others than empathizing with them. The last event on Alli's (Rae's?) list was something that she could hold someone else at fault for rather than herself.

Some women that pretty tend to have those accountability problems, as well as about any kind of insecure git in general. Emily's both.
If a man is right about something, and no one agrees with him and he is unable to put his truth into benificial action beyond mere principle, does it really matter whether he's right or not?

I always thought Alli looked too conventional compared to the more exotic, girl-next-door beauties like Emily, Rachel, and Mia (let's flesh out Mia's character a little more. So far, she seems like a less laconic and ideal version of Tommy. I'd like to know more.)
