Tips on synching music?

Postby Scythemantis on Wed Sep 13, 2006 6:28 am

It seems like every type of synch completely changes the playback speed of the accompanying animation, Macromedias' frame display doesn't acurrately represent the relationship at all, and there are more unpredictable differences after publishing.

What in the world are you supposed to do? Just hours of painstaking trial and error? Surely certain settings are more consistent than others...

It's generally worth setting the sound quality to ACDPM (or whatever the anagram is.) This keeps it in perfect sync.
