i think it might have played slightly better if it hadnt been so alluded to. but then again, all those things that ted was saying when he was trashed were hilarious. and even worked in a Savage Love reference.

Foreshadowing is a valid literary technique! Of course, I wasn't really foreshadowing, I was pretty much saying "Here comes the bang bus! Next stop, the corner of Joel and Ted avenue!"
