Jon Pertwee, who played the third Doctor, later played Worzel Gummidge in the hit TV show, which after ending was revived as Worzel Gummidge Down Under, which was set in New Zealand.

I don't think the Down Under series has the negligent alcoholic father, so although I haven't seen it I doubt it's as good as the original.

Today is a very, very, very, very, very, very sad day for New Zealand. We just got a new Prime Minister. And this guy is terrible. You just lost a George Bush and we just got one. Damn the karmic balance of the universe!

It's for the best. In uncertain times such as these, you can't afford keeping a Prime Minister who trips over in supermarkets.

The new Prime Minister just tripped off stage and broke his arm! What do you have to say for yourself now?!

But I must say, the new Prime Minister isn't quite as bad as I thought. He does seem to have a social conscience. But all in all, pretty bad, though.

That may end up being the most significant thing to ever happen to New Zealand- now he'll be inspired to do something really spectacular and avoid just going down in history as the PM who fell off a stage and broke his arm.

It's funny... I used to really dislike John Key, but I just can't do it anymore... (well, not passionately, anyway). I feel sorry for him breaking his arm.

I am beginning to get back my extreme dislike of John Key. This is because:

He has made it so bosses can fire people within the first ninety days of employment for no reason.

He plans to privatise accident compensation, meaning people will have to pay more and get less in return.

He is trying to make it so that if you rent a house and have a party where someone else breaks something; you become responsible for it. This will mean a lot of students will start declaring themselves bankrupt.

He is trying to make it so that if you are accused of using your internet connection to infringe on copyright, it will be disconnected immediately without any trail. This will make things extremely difficult for schools and public libraries.

He is trying to get rid of policies that support gender equality in the workplace.

Amoung other crap.

Oh yeah, a thirteen-year-old girl committed armed robbery for a packet of Tim Tams.

And a foreign exchange student stabbed a teacher in back during class.
