New Zealand fought in both World Wars, and some career soldiers fought in Vietnam. We fought in some others too.

And we don't have kangaroos in New Zealand.

Saruman fed all the New Zealand kangaroos to the Urak Hai. That's why he had to resort to man-flesh.

But then you'd get dirt and gravel and grass and stuff in your eggs. Highly undesirable.
And there you have it.

Wild Wild West was on TV last night.

Also, we'll probably end up having a new Prime minister. :(

House and Boston Legal are both on tonight. Which one will yield the superior episode?

Yeah, House won. But both were very substandard episodes. Hopefully, there will be some real action next week.

Well, in New Zealand they're both on channel 3. Our stations don't correspond to US networks. Channels just buy the programs they want.

Currently:

Channel 1 - lots of murder mysteries etc, mainly for old people
Channel 2 - fairly regular TV shows
Channel 3 - ditto, but privately owned
Channel 4 - mainly music, like MTV
Prime - Australian owned, fairly regular
Maori TV - cultural programs

I assume this is broadcast? Has NZ went to HD yet? I think the US has a year left before we're finally converted.
