Book possibilities?

Postby KitKaru on Wed Feb 23, 2005 10:45 am

You know, several comic artists have started making their finished webcomics (rather like yours) into a book. Sell 'em for $30-$50 each depending on cost and demand.

Just throwing the idea out there. Not sayin' it has to, or even requestin' it, but hypothetically, if one were made, I would very likely get one or two.

Amazon already has it listed. Check out http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de ... s&n=507846
for details. I already have a copy on order.

Is this one book the entire series, or will it be multiple parts?

Wow! If I weren't completely broke, I'd put an order on that baby. As soon as I get some cash I want!

Books

Postby HiFranc on Sun Feb 27, 2005 4:00 am

I'm tempted but I need to know I'll need to know something about what it contains before I decide. I'll lower my standards for information for Aeire but I have not bought numerous books for the simple reason the blurb didn't tell me enough about the contents.

Hmmm. Normally I don't get the idea of webcomics being made into books, but for QoW, it's very tempting....

looks like the release date has been bumped back to June 30, 2005. :( But, then again, I've never had the impression that Amazon isn't always accurate in it's information.

Anyone else find it odd that the book isn't listed on Keenswag?

Considering it's not going to be published until July... no.

I hope the shipping delay isn't because the publisher is causing problems. If the delay is on Aeire's side, I'll be glad to wait for a quality book. I just don't want some addlebrained editor trying to control her work.
