The only use for Bailley's I've ever managed to find was to make drunken friends/associates with poor individual grasps of chemistry hurl. It's called a "Cement Mixer".
You need two doubles, one of Bailley's, the other of lemon/lime juice. You make you victem take the Bailley's and juice in thier mouth, and then swish it arround without swallowing.
Within a few seconds, the acids in the lemon/lime juice will curddle the whole mass into Bailley's Hellish Cottage Cheese.
