That only leaves Masutel... But I am wanting to bet he and Rillain had a titanic battle of the ages where the First Necromancer barely succeeded in putting down the gargantuan Archmage... All offscreen just to taunt us.

Which would be cool and bad ass if Mookie drew out a long, epic battle between them and then left us hanging the moment they both unleashed their strongest attack.
Since it's Mookie, this will not happen.

I would love that. Even the prediction of it would not diminish the awesomeness.
