Okay, Here's What's Going to Happen.

If I'm the only mod left standing, then that only means one thing:

Things are going to be run my way.

I'm not going to just sit on my ass, wondering where it all went wrong while forumites bicker, argue, cry, or leave the forum altogether and ruin years worth of posting for me. And I'm especially not going to have any admins coming in here and suggesting that I'm not doing the job I was appointed to do well enough. So here are my expectations of what's going to happen on this forum, effective immediately.

First and foremost, I'm not going to stand any more bullshit from anybody, anywhere. If I see a post from you I don't like, I'm going to tell you. I don't give a shit how polite it is or isn't, if whatever I say amounts to "This is a bad post," it's a warning and you'd better stop. I don't care if what I said was "This is unnecessary. Please stop posting." or "What the fuck is this shit? Shut the fuck up." You have enough common sense to see that they're the same thing. So the next time I see anybody whining about how they didn't know they were doing wrong and I clearly posted something that had their own post in quotes, don't expect me to be "Oh, I'll politely rebutt this with telling them about how that was supposed to act as a warning."

Second, I will officially promise that from now on, if I edit any posts, I will state in that post that it was edited by me, and why. If that's not evidence enough for some people, then I guess I'll just have to deal with the fact that I'm a shitty lawyer because there are some things that don't deserve to be posted, and I'm not having them on this forum.

Third, I expect that people will come to me when they have problems with another poster instead of shooting out at them like a pre-ejaculation. I'm not saying that you can never argue, and all of you should be well aware of how far you can go in your veracity before I officially consider it unnecessary flaming, a line which is further than most people's. Cross that line at your own risk.

Fourthly, I am officially making a rule against Report-spamming. Report posts that break rules for the mods to see, sure, that's a great addition to a forum, I'm for it. Going and trying to find every offense a person/people you don't like has ever committed and reporting it is fucking annoying. Don't do it. If you're having continuous problems with another forumite, tell me about it directly.

Fifthly, all previous rules in place are going to be followed. I'm not changing them and it's occurred to me that we have been pretty lax in our enforcement of them. No more.

If anyone has any questions, comments, or cries of "Fascist!" please post them here.

Well, Pain-o, I would advise telling me first, and if that doesn't work, do what you seem to be doing best at the moment and go to a higher authority on the matter.

He got banned for dodging the original ban. Which at this point seems kinda stupid. How long has he been posting since the ban? No one did shit.

I still contest that if he didn't do what he did in the lunik thread, he would still be here. I don't think the MOD's would be pushing Shari's ban too much. But that is only my opinion, I can't say that to be true at all.

He also had been really getting on Dotty in a few threads too lately if I remember correctly. Outside of that, I thought he was perfectly fine and no one seemed to be bugged at all by him. With the exception of Wardel, who just seemed to straight up hate Shari. Though he even said he should not be banned.

I was sad when Dotty left and surprised, not annoyed when she advocated the reban. In all of this, Shari was put aside for a technicality, something I don't think any of our mods supported. The main problem is that this whole fracture seems so... arbitrary, like the migration and drama just popped out of nowhere. All the people I enjoy talking too just keep getting the boot... heck, I haven't even seen Noxy here, lately and she was another (well, I'm not sure she liked me much) person who made this forum a fun place.

Gator doesn't even like me any more and I don't really have any way of staying in touch with Shari, so...
