What's funny is that I've only banned spammers before; I've never banned anyone in my forums for breaking the rules (I've banned some others in other forums, but that was at the request of other moderators who can't ban on their own). I've warned exactly 4 people about banning, and 1 of them was someone I only brought it up with because a lot of people were asking for his head at the time.

There are certain rules for this forum. If a person cannot abide by those rules, then they aren't welcome here, but they get warned and are given the chance to not repeat those offenses. Continuing to post the things you were posting after I had made my angry "this isn't those other forums" was basically the same as asking for a warning, which you got. Heck, the warning I just gave was your second at that point.

So cry me a river, Nocturn; if you didn't see a warning coming, then you are blind. And if I truly was ban-happy, you wouldn't have been able to post your retort or any of the other offending material, as you would have been banned already.

I don't know about Noxy, but honestly, considering your post about deleting anything you see fit came directly after a small discussion about forums where people routinely post naked pictures of themselves, it seemed that referring to genitalia was a tame endeavor.

Especially since you write a comic where people routinely gain, lose, or switch theirs....

So... what, Nocturn and Nevrmore? Do you actually care that you could be banned? Nocturn, I know, has been on this forum a while so it might affect him a bit, Nevrmore, then only thing you've done for the past half a year is incite flaming so you probably don't care one wit whether you're banned or not. Oh, you can whine and complain but in reality all you'll do is go off to troll some other forum, or create new accounts to keep trolling this one. So it shouldn't matter one bit that you'd be banned here on your respective accounts.

I think her issue is more that people can be as crude as they want, as long as it vaguely regards the comic...but Noxy posts a *different* type of crudeness...and it's right out.
