Darnit your first video was good Squato but I can't for the life of me get the second one to work! May just be Mozilla I don't know.

Great work Squato!

You should keep an index of all your videos in the first post on the first page to make it easier for people to find. Because they're definately worth finding!

Done.

And thanks. I can't work out why the file sizes are so different. It saved as 25mb, but I checked my version. It's 9mb, wtf!

I suspect some of the confusion is caused because in some cases the size of the decoded video is being reported, rather than the size of the file it's stored as (like if you had an MP3 and it reported the data size as being as big as it would be if it was a WAV.)

That's what puzzles me. What is useful about reporting the decoded/uncompressed size..?

Do you know what I'd like to see? A full-cast video with the song "Wanted" by Trapt.

Lyrics

I'll draw three pictures of any characters of the maker's choice (or 5 headshots. Visual reference required, but that's pretty much the -only- limit unless you somehow find a character I'm actually incapable of drawing) to any music video maker (Squato, Taigon, Unforgiven, or other maker) who does so. It's my current favorite song.

I may have an idea. But that will need to wait as I'm working on a few others (if someone else does it). Oh and Q, I dn't know that song. Let me see after I "find it".

So sit back, turn it up and...

Hope you enjoy it.

Total awesomeness! Many laugh out loud moments. I hope Taigan submits his next EGS Music Video soon, because I totally love these things. I'm a big http://www.animemusicvideos.org fan, and It's just so cool to see what people can make with a few video clips and music.

Yeah, there was some part that I almost pulled my hair out just to get them lined up. But as you saw, the idea was to get the cast to "sing" to that song (no ones said it, nor will I :D ).

Ok. That was some serious chunk of awesome there.

I can't even think of all the stuff I want to say about it, so here the top 3 (in no particular order):
1) The "How to make a music video" image at the end... priceless.
2) The "blowing wind effect" in the conjoined image of Susan + Nanase's match was a great touch - evocative of "the good, the Tedd, and the Ugly"
3) Editing the dialog balloons, great overall but especially impressive in the "group" shots.

Geeze, what else... Damien saying "Too late, my time has come." Tedd's "I need no sympathy" pose. Repeated use of the "Kitty" image earns you a beating from Susan.

Just overly nifty. I bow.

Thanks mate. Coming from you that means alot.

Incidentally,
"Bismillah" is the opening word in the Qu'ran (Koran) and literally means "In the name of Allah."
"Scaramouch" according to the dictionary means "a stock character who appears as a boastful coward."
"Beelzebub" is one of the many names given to "The Devil."

I hope that gives you an idea as to how I picked the images.

Oh, and with those group images, you should have seen what I'm calling "The 1/2 second curse".

EDIT. Sorry to anyone who has been PMing me. I really needed to get rid of some (i.e. it's full).

I can't see the damn thing. It comes up with the RapidShare front page. What the hell do I do if I want to watch the damn video?
The book is almost always better than the movie. You could have no better case in point than FROM HELL, Alan Moore's best graphic novel to date, brilliantly illustrated by Eddie Campbell. It's hard to describe just how much better the book is. It's like, "If the movie was an episode of Battlestar Galactica with a guest appearance by the Smurfs and everyone spoke Dutch, the graphic novel is Citizen Kane with added sex scenes and music by your favourite ten bands and everyone in the world you ever hated dies at the end." That's how much better it is. - Warren Ellis.

Nobody ever told Picard that "Ye cannae change the laws of Physics!". They just DID it. - Vampiress Kat.
