First of all, MDM, calm down, please. I'm sure zt107 had no malicious intend here.
There's a list who normally hands out what, to be found here: http://editthis.info/egs_mayhem/Newbie_packs
Where there are among others both MDM's mod and mine registered.
Feel free to add your personal addition. Also: 1 addition per user please. This was stated somewhere, but I can't remember where. *shrug*

@ Quark: you are under no obligation to post your inventory anywhere. Personally, I think it just clogs signatures, but that's just my personal opinion here. It's more for RPing down in mayhem anyway - and as a little personality test, if you will

51~200 Keepspot supreme
200~1000- Grand Poobah keenspot
1000-4999Keenspot despot
5000-10000 Keenspot Juggernaut (Entirely unsure of base)
10001-79999 Keenspot deity
Lomgren - Keenspot singularity (I think its actually 80000+, but meh, he's better than that)
Edit: These are unofficial, I'm not entirely sure if there is something else with a higher post count from 1000-10000 (in between the two, obviously)

Umm, I take it that we're supposed to update it? There are far fewer things on there than I've been given, but I'll add what I give.

Speaking of which, the newbies get an Infinite Bag of Dice! Please, no more incidents like the one of two pages ago, if I hadn't flipped that thing right-side-out right away, things would have gotten messy. There are in infinite number of dice in there, ya know.

On the other hand, I'm proud of handing out what is probably the second...third...fourth most mayhem causing item of all time, topped only by the TF gun, the unlabeled soda, and the pack of what could be gum.
