I don't bother with Mother's Day, as my mother's birthday is quite often on the same day. That's one of the best things about my family, all their birthdays are at the time of other gift-giving occassions, so I can save SAVE SAVE!!!

My Dad's birthday is a few days after Christmas, so I save there, but the best one is, my sister's birthday is Father's Day. The savings on that last one are impressive.

My mother's birthday is about a week before mother's day. Just far enough away that I still have to do things for both. Same with my dad. His birthday is a week or two before father's day. Or maybe it's after. I dont remember when father's day is. Also, in between my mom's birthday and mother's day is my brother's birthday and my best friend's birthday, then my sister's is the week after. The end of April/beginning of May is a sad time for my bank account.
oh SNAP!

Mer. My step-mom is the hardest person to shop for in the entire world. Damn corporate gift-giving days.

There's a festival, as I understand it. With fish banners.
I don't see the connection between children and fish, except for a group of fish being a school, but there you go.

What about children being innocent and good, like Jesus?

But Jesus got nailed to a cross.

And he also had powers of self-resurrection.

That and children tend to have more of an evil bent to them, like Lucifer.

I read the first sentence and I was all 'cool!'.

Then I read the second and was all 'WTF?!?'.

Now I'm just confused and aroused.
