Pity about their new shirts never making it to market.

Before I was just tired of you being so stupid and lame, but now you've insulted me. You've insulted Event Fucking Spire. Expect a fist in your face soon.

You need some taste in music son. Perhaps some Cadaver would set you straight.

You guys need less agression. Maybe you should listen to more Lilith Fair music. Koombi-ah my lord.......

Cadaver is shit.
Repeat that as many times as necessary.

You're crooked and you think you're straight. I am not going to let you slam a monkey wrench into my bones to break me into new angles like you. I know it'll hurt, and I've broken bones before, in all the same places, so I don't think I will.

Here's my question: Who the fuck throws up devil horns?

I throw up devil horns. But I do not much care for Cradle of Filth.
So that's why I'm boycotting this thread.

If I had a cradle, which I don't and if anyone says otherwise they're lying, I don't believe I'd fill it with filth...
On the other hand desperate times sometimes call for desperate measures.

Well, nobody's saying that any one person filled it with filth. One could say "the cradle is made out of filth", one to nurture some fetal abomination, and they'd be correct.

I don't listen alot to Cradle of Filth, and when I do it's mostly because I don't have the biggest admiration for the band ever, but Dani Filth is an ingenius vocalist. From the highest pitch in the world to a deep bass voice, he can do it all.

how about the new cake cd? to me they are one of those bands that you can't hate, and can't really throw into a specific genre. they just are good music makers and i appreciate them.

unfortunately i have never heard any music by Cradle of Filth. What are some good songs i should check out? i am really open to new music so let me know. :D

Cake is a good band, too.
I'd also recommend Buck 65 (from latest album- Talkin' Honeky Blues), and Flaming Lips (and Radiohead, but recommending them would be useless cause everyone knows about them.)

The songs I'd recommend to you (a new listener) are: Saffron's Curse, Her Ghost in the Fog, Hurt and Virtue, Nemesis, Bathory Aria, Twisted Nails of Faith, Lord Abortion, Cthulu Dawn (someone spell that correctly), Cruelty Brought Thee Orchids, Scorched Earth Erotica, Tearing The Veil From Grace, From the Cradle to Enslave, The Forest Whispers My Name, Heaven Torn Asunder, Thank God For The Suffering, Malice Through The Looking Glass.

That's all I have right now. Those are some of my favourites.

Scud422, you honour me with your absence.
Devil horns are for Metallica fans.
I am amazing.

Cake is great.
Buck 65 is great also, but I think that Square is a much more consistent album than Talkin' Honkey Blues. Still they're both damn good, and that's all that matters.

This calls for a high five.

I totally forgot about "Square". I'll throw that in too. See, I liked T.H.B so much that I went out and BOUGHT his re released earlier work. I wasn't nearly as impressed. So now I am going out to by Square because you guys reminded me that it exists.

Yeah, Square got him a deal with whoever it is that publishes his music so he could re-release all his old CDs (6 or so from memory), but from what I understand Square and T.H.B. are his only good ones.

I just listened to Square.

I was going to make a thread called "I am digging this Buck 65 CD" but I'll just put it in here. This is one solid CD, too. A lot of the songs are very touching (Like the one abotu Stella). I can't pick between THB and this because they do different things and do them so well.
I bought "Vertex" and "Wierdo Magnet". WM is a collection of unreleased stuff, so it is the definition of "mixed bag". The first song has his more recent rhaspy, cool voice, but then you get into the nasely stuff for some of it.
I've had a song called "Five Dollar jesus" for the longest time, and it says it is by him, but I can't find it anywhere (it is really good). Anyone know if it is by him?
