I WAS THERE! For a day, at least! No more "Chris Crosby doesn't exist" jokes! HA HA HA!

Unless I suddenly cease to exist at some point in the future, that is. Then you can do those jokes again.

Saturday at Comic-Con was both the bestest and worsest time I've had in well over a decade. I'm very glad I went. Even though I acted somewhat retarded at the Keenspot panel, actually causing an audience member to scream "BURN HIM!" at one point, it was still incredible. At the end I learned the true meaning of Keenspot, and that meaning is very warm and Christmas-y.

I am too tired now but I will likely post a more detailed report later. How about you? Post your keen memories and links to your con reports and photos and stuff here for the Newsbox-lookin'-at world to see.

ALSO: If we did a KeenCon Las Vegas this Halloween, would you be up for attending?

I met a lot of really cool keenspotters, spacers, and fans (of other people). Thanks to everyone who asked "who the hell are you, and will you draw me a sketch?"

It was a load of fun to sit in with my new pals, and I actaully met chris crosby... it is not a lie!

Thanks to everyone, but I came down with a nasty cold on the plane... so, more later...

I would make this lurker and rabid fan of several Keenspot comics very happy to be able to actually attend a con for the first time!

I think the Chris Crosby we saw at the panel was actually a hologram.

I wouldn't be able to attend a Las Vegas con...SDCC pretty much blew my budget. It'll be a while before my checking account is back in the triple digits.

It wasn't, by any means, the fans I was referring to.

It was the huge amount of input. I was born before the current generation, and we old timers just aren't up to the test of constant loud titilating input.

Con was a great -- if exhausting -- experience. This week, I'm posting the little animation thing we showed at the panel and then will remove it from my site where it'll either become premium content or part of the Keen animation section. Enjoy!

OH thank goodness! I was so very paranoid about that guy! He was right behind me during the entire panel and I was kind of nervous.
