On Yahoo?

The noble Order of the Knights of Jubal traces its origins back to the Year Two Thousand A.D., when a group of distinguished persons of good and true character, founded the order to promote chivalry and honour. The order takes its name from our leader, Alexander Jubal McRae, who on two (so far) occasions has been seriously injured, in one case fatally, defending an innocent woman from attackers.

Last night my friend called me and asked how to find the Knights of Jubal on Yahoo. I told him to do a search with "knight" or "jubal" in it, and that the club should show up. He said he'd tried that, and we weren't there. He said he also browsed by category, and there was no Knights of Jubal on Yahoo. Are we unlisted there, or have we disappeared, or what??
Sirs Jamie and Greg, help me! I'm getting confused.
Sabi, CI
------------------

I'm not sure what the problem could be, but try going directly to http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/theknightsofjubal
The club is Listed, and the category is "Spirituality". There ought not be any difficulties finding the place.
------------------

Theoretically it shouldn't be too hard...However, neither on his machine nor mine can the site be searched for or browsed for...I don't get why not...I have the link and everything, and I sent it to him the other day, but the question still remains to me..."How come we don't turn up on a search?"
sabi, CI
------------------

No one else seems to have any problem finding it, searching for it, linking to it, or in any other way reaching the site. I've tried it on multiple computers and multiple connection speeds. I have no answers for you.
------------------

The club is actually listed as "The Knights of Jubal".
You can get to it using:

http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/theknightsofjubal

http://www.ivbalis.org/resources.html and pick up the links from there.

On the other hand, whilst testing the searching I did come across another Yahoo club called The Knights of Honor.
I have joined the club and have sent them fraternal greetings, and invited them to visit our web site and Yahoo club.
Perhaps there is some scope for alliances between our groups.
Regards,
Sir Greg
------------------

that's an interesting idea Greg, fraternal communication
i remember several other companions mentioning that they belong to others orders...do those people act as 'conduits' for information between orders as well?
Rei, curious as the proverbial cat

It's actually another one again.
The Knights of the New Order appears to be a more cohesive and organized group than the Knights of Honor.
I contacted Sir Aaron by private e-mail, and we have begun introductions. He is cautious, as I would be if I received an e-mail from another Order out of the blue. But I have also found him to be an honourable and wise person.
I have high hopes for this..
Regard,
