Wasn't there an adult movie set to the tune from "Mr. Do!"?

I mean, not that I saw such a movie or anything. Nope. Not me.

Yes, Mr. Do.

Because, you see, REALLY CLEVER LINE RELATED TO THE ABOVE-PASTED SCREEN IMAGE HAS BEEN DELETED BECAUSE IT'S THEORETICALLY POSSIBLE MY MOTHER WILL READ THIS PAGE.

I hope that clears it up for you.

I just love the irony of the subject line, since it's a Nerdgasm, of course it would go "array" instead of "awry" !

:D

Irony! Excellent! Now the hip black-turtleneck poets will take me more seriously!

Eh, probably not. But thanks for noticing.

And congrats to MM on the half-MM!

(Editor's note: MM is a traditional business abbreviation for Million, since "mil" usually means thousand, and until "k" displaces it for good, the single "m" is confusing.)

{/Writing teacher voice}"If you have to explain the joke, it's not funny."{/Writing teacher voice}.

Yeah, but I post these notes just for me, and I like to type.

See?

No really.

See?

There's a brand-new term in the Milligan family called "explaining the
funny" out of something. Unfortunately, A-Dad (who is family) just gave
us a textbook example!

peace-

Mike Myers looks on in disbelief as Kanye West reports that
L&F had 500,000 page views over the weekend.

I am a new reader, and probably am part of the reason you have suddenly had an increase in page views.

I found out about L&F from Help Desk, which I have been reading for a few years, when someone tossed a tagboard entry complaining that someone else had adicted them to Lost and Found, so I rooted around and found the strip as well.

Of course being a geek, I had to go back to the begining to read the entire series. I got through about 2/3rds Saturday morning, and just finished the rest at work tonight. (loved the interpretation of help wanted classifieds, as well as the OnStar call bits by the way.)

Not entirely sure I am completely 'adicted', but I think it comes close enough. I don't think there are enough people reading Help Desk to have generated 500k hits, but with the added hits for the ad box, hopefully you will have a better situation here as well.
