heh heh. this is true. I guess because I study Tang Soo Do (a korean martial art) I tend to use more of my body, like twisting my hips and using my abs as well. Yep, the shoulder muscles are called deltoids. Be glad I'm only taking this too seriously, besides it's fun to analyze movements of the body, you can learn a lot about how you move and what it takes. Biceps, triceps, pecs, and the shoulder muscles.... I forget momentarily what they are called. Delts? I don't know. But, you know, way to take a signiture way too seriously <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspot.com/KeenBoard/wink.gif">
