I wonder if there any plans in the not-so-distant future to do a CCS crossover with others comics online like College Roomies from Hell, Sluggy Freelance,Alice,Nukees,Japanese Beetle,User Friendly, Waiting for Bob,etc...?
Keep up your great work :-)

But now, with the recent changes in CCS, I can't really tell. I really don't have any idea where Gisele is trying to go with this.
Sluggy and Japanese Beetle probably still wouldn't work, because those comics are set in worlds where bizarre occurrances like switchblade-weilding mini-lops and robotic dictators are commonplace. UF could possibly work, although the dust puppy would be mighty odd. CRFH might work, since the weirdness in that strip seems to be uncommon, and mostly concentrated in a specific place.
------------------

plateface's first post, and what does he do? Invite a crossover. Frankly, I admire your chutzpah.
Full-fledged capital-C Crossovers are difficult to co-ordinate. I'd like to settle into writing the series for a while first. But in the long run? Anything can happen... and I'll admit, a Liz/Alisin meeting IS tempting.
For those who are hungry for publicity for their own comics, note that Gisele does mention CCS cameos in other strips... and cameos are a LOT more easily done...

Well maybe you haven't heard of it, or just ignoring it but Plateface would be perfect for a crossover. I as the artist would love to get a chance to interperet the characters here in CCS.
If you haven't seen it yet come on over to plateface.com and judge for yourself.

Gotta be Waiting for Bob. Liz and Bernie would make a great pair. Or..dare I say it, after today!...since Anthony says he likes large women, Bernie might turn his head...!!!
If you don't know the strip, I really recommend it!

Difficult, but not impossible... still, Gisele and I are concentrating on the "Free Spirits" storyline, followed by a couple of other stand-alone ideas.
I know how ya feel, plateface... *I* certainly salivated once I got the chance to do Gisele's characters, and I feel the same way about the FANS-CRFH crossover in the offing...
So I won't say it'll *never* happen. But give me some time to settle in, first...

we're not a funny animal strip. Our main character and his buddy are animals but everyone else is human. In fact Van Halen is going to be showing up soon.
