Security Pop-up.

Going to the main page and in the archives is causing a security pop-up window on me. Not sure if this is intentional, not sure if it's Keenspot or what.. but it has something or other to do with cursors.

Is this meant to happen?

I don't know.

I'll alert Keenspot tech, though.

Meanwhile, is there any other information you can give me, such as what is the message in the security window, etc?

...And is this one of those pop-up ads that's designed to look like a security window, or an honest-to-goodness security window...?

Since hitting "No" twice (once on the main page and once for the archives)I can't replicate it. I'll have to try from another computer. But it was Security Pop-up.. I vaguely recall something about Cursors and it being from IE.

*Returns from other computer*

Now I feel really silly. I can't get it there either. Either related to one of the banners or my computer is haunted.. >_<

Never mind the Shady behind the curtain.

Sounds like a pop-up ad.

Annoying but harmless.

If it turns out to be something else, don't hesitate to alert me and I'll pass the information along to the people in charge of KEENtech.

Oh no, it was definitely a "We want to install something on your computer, will you let us?" security pop up box. I miss my workstation and Mozilla. *Sniff*

To make a very long story short - Don't buy an ATI Radeon 9000. *Shudder* Completely fubar'd my computer.

Nah, there's a banner (or two, or three...) that try to install spyware on your system. Something from someone like "CPM Systems" or something like that.
