the title of the essay i had to analize for my grade 12 english exam: "Is Bugs Bunny a Transvestite?" some person actually sat through every Bugs cartoon ever made and worked out the ratio of the number of times he kissed a male character vs a female one, dresed up as a male vs a female etc.... boy i tell ya it was hard to keep a straight face in that exam. :)

Actually, I never looked at Bugs Bunny that way before :o
It's kinda scary when you think about it. I just watched Bugs Bunny cartoons because to me he is funny. I especially enjoy how Bugs always manages to outsmart Elmer Fudd and other Loony Tunes characters such as Marvin the Martian and Wile Coyote. I just like them for that

"Oooohhhh, you wascally wabbit!"

What's also funny about those cartoons is that Elmer Fudd is shorter than a rabbit, and a duck for that matter. Maybe that's why he carries a rifle (huzzah for compensation!). XD

A few more Questions

Postby Gray Fox on Thu Jun 19, 2003 6:37 am

Dear Natasha

What was Tiffany like as a child? Did she show signs of wanting to be a model when she was younger? Any embarrassing stories you could tell inquiring minds?

Dear Conrad T. Tiger

If you were to meet your father today, what would you do?

Dear Dover

Where do you see yourself, say 10 years from now?

Dear Wensly

Have you had any luck finding a lady mouse for yourself?

I shall wait patiently for your replies.

I have to agree with Litho, the chain realy makes the outfit. (Coming from a bobcat in security uniform...) I am impressed by the creativity I see in the "people" around here.
I guess I need more practice. Perhaps I should do that between calls, rather than watse my time on the internet?
[Hears echo from The Riders in the Sky, "That would be the easy way, but it wouldn't be the cowboy way.."]
(IRL, I occasionally get to work security at The Grand Old Opry, woohoo!)
Thanks, Ranger Doug... Right, practice on my own time.

[Gets a running start, slides down the bench (sitting down) and bumps Litho just a tedge to the right. Not in the center now!!]

As for why furries drool and write 5 billion pieces of SWAT Kats slash fiction, well, the 2 main characters were male, so OBVIOUSLY we're talking insane amounts of gay male-on-male sex. Obviously.

While we seem to be on the subject... Does anyone here have a favorite Bugs bunny, or Daffy, or even Elmer Fudd, cartoon?

My personal favorite has all three of them actually. It was the cartoon where Daffy is portrayed as "Jack," as in "Jack & the Beanstalk." He throws the magic beans down Bugs' rabbit hole, and when the beanstalk grows it takes the two of them to the home of the giant--portrayed by Elmer.

I love the scene where Bugs and Daffy are arguing over who's really Jack...

Daffy: "I AM NOT JACK!! YOU'RE JACK--JACK RABBIT"

Bugs: calmly, "On no... You are Jack."

Elmer: "....Looks like I gotta pair of Jacks."

It's all very similar to my other favorite bit all three of them share..."Rabbit/Duck Season."

Hello hello ^__^, Glad to be here. Actually I had another username for the keenspot forum but for some reason at one point it wouldn't accept it and I'm sure it was the right username and password too @.@ So hope willing this one will stay in tact.. As for the Avitar, it was a drawing done by a very talented artist named Kristin Gwin who did some of the art for a freind to use on a game called Furcadia. Until I can find a website that allows file sharing I wont be able to use any of my pics. bleh.. But anyways pleased to make your aquaintence folx * flips a Pineapple ring in the air and catches it in the air with his maw* footstool? *blinks looking around*

I think it's the collar that really does it. Turning your collar up just screams "I am dapper, as well as swank!" I would turn my collar up oft, if only it didn't look so stupid on me.

MY favorite Daffy Duck Cartoon would be robin Hood Daffy. I still crack up when he goes "Yoinks and away" and swings only to run smack into a tree.. determined duck, that he is

Daffy: "Honest and truely I am Robin hood!"

Porky: "Suuuuuure you are"

Yeah, I like that cartoon as well :D I particularly liked how it ended. I think what happened was that Daffy became frustrated trying to prove to Porky that he was in fact Robin Hood and so Daffy ends up becoming a friar like Porky. It's really good stuff.

Oh, and welocme to the forum Duncan Direwolf Sparks. Hope you enjoy yourself here at SJ. Like your avatar. The trenchcoat (it's a trenchcoat you're wearing, right?) looks so cool, kind of like the one Neo wore in the Matrix.

Anyway, does anyone remember that Bugs Bunny cartoon where Bugs and Daffy are arguing over what season it is? And then Bugs uses that classical gag (reverses the order of what is being said) and Daffy gets shot by Elmer. :D It's hilarious. I hardly ever see those types of cartoons anymore. :(

This post is long enough so I'll end here.
