Hey, I'm not saying that, but what I will say is:

"Just give me a rifle and a hmo on the range...."

Oh, give me a hmo
where the bureaucrats rmoe
where the leech and the bloodletters flayed
where seldom is said
that the patient is dead
until after the co-payment's paid.

hmo, hmo's all the rage
where it's dear to to extend your bed stay
where often i dread
the words "doc's got to resched"
'cause i know it will take until may.

well, ok - i'm better at blank verse.

That's pretty good too, rodent!

All I can say is, thank ghod for Medicare - we have a Public health system here.

Only place I can think that has it better is England.

Mouse - that is pretty good.

I had been trying to think of something for the refrain, last night and I was a bit stuck on the last line:

hmo, hmo for the ill
If you saw them you would be sick still
where a life that is lost
is less important than costs...

(to the tune of "Give me a home among the gum trees")

Oh, hang me a hmo among the gum trees,
Or maybe two or threes
I'll take a nuke or two and a .22
I'll set the sod alight,
Throw kero down his back,
And give him some ol'
hmo
c-a-r-e.....

But we're not the first ones to do anti-hmo based songs. Who can forget Dylan's classic: "Blowin' 'Em Away? (I know I can't - and I've taken psychotropic drugs to try!)

How many hmo's must a man gun down,
Before he's a happy man?
The Answer, my dear, is Blowin' 'em away.
The Answer is Blowin' 'em away.
