Cheer up!

Postby Antarius on Mon Jul 29, 2002 3:41 am

The Doctor made a joke...

It sure may not cheer Bruno up, but from this side of the strip, I'd call it funny! :D

'salright Bruno. It'll stop hurting when the pain goes.

Of course, just think of the mother - she has got to do all of the nappy changing and looking after them until they move out!

And I'm not even going to comment about the mating of a dwarf with a giant... Although it could have been humourous had the giant been the female and...

... No... I guess it wouldn't.

Antarius of
Resistance is changing the subject...

Look over there! A poll!

definitely one of those relationships where you wonder, not _what_ they see in each other, but _how_ they see each other. (when she says "he never seems to notice me anymore", it's probably the absolute truth)

Let's Market these to Unsuspecting Parents!

Postby Antarius on Tue Jul 30, 2002 10:29 pm

Trust Fiona to have an idea like this!

And I'm sure it should be "Unsuspecting Parents" as opposed to "Expecting parents," as no expecting father would agree in his right mind!

Trust an egg layer to think of something like this! She's got it easy, as opposed to live birth... <shudder>

A ring like that would negate the need for DNA testing and paternity litigation....

And virtual tape around the middle of their virtual glasses?

Just to complete their virtually sad, virtually clueless, virtual existances, of course...

Anorak n.

1. A heavy jacket with a hood, designed to highlight ones' unattractiveness to members of the opposite sex.

2. A status symbol among internet geekdom.

Hey - I was five years old, using a Sinclair ZX-81 (with 1K RAM) - which only *knew* BASIC!

What did you want me to do? Figure out some way of running CPM?!

You had RAM???

I was using a PET 400 -- with a hand-cranked audio feed peripheral.
